Lisa Heisler has been sharing her love of music for more than 25 years, inspiring
students of all ages to discover the joy and confidence that comes through learning
an instrument. Her own musical journey began at just seven years old, laying the
foundation for a lifelong passion for music education and performance.
Lisa received formal training on the organ and later transitioned to electronic piano
and keyboard, developing versatility across pop, classical, and contemporary styles.
Throughout her career, she has performed with several local bands in the Medicine
Hat area and has provided music for weddings, festivals, and numerous community
events.
As an educator, Lisa has successfully prepared students for examinations,
competitions, and performances while also teaching those who simply want to
experience the personal joy of making music. She believes every student has unique
goals, and she is committed to creating a supportive, encouraging environment
where each individual can grow at their own pace.
With extensive experience teaching students with diverse learning needs, Lisa
tailors her lessons to help every learner build confidence and develop a lifelong
appreciation for music. She has also taught preschool and junior music classes for
children ages 4–7, introducing young learners to the fundamentals of music and
providing a strong foundation for continued piano study or future instrumental
pursuits.
Whether working with beginners or experienced musicians, Lisa's greatest reward
is helping students discover their potential and develop a lasting love for music.
